EVERYONE CAN MAKE CAKES ,INCLUDING  THE ONE WITHOUT OVEN AND THE ONE WHO IS ALLERGIC TO EGGS CAN ALSO MAKE CAKE .




TODAY WE ARE GOING TO MAKE CHOCOLATE CAKE WITHOUT OVEN AND EGG

   INSTEAD OF OVEN WE ARE  GOING TO MAKE CAKE IN COOKER , FOR THAT YOU MIGHT NEED THE FOLLOWING THINGS,


  • SALT
  • RACK
  • COOKER, WITHOUT WHISTLE


FIRST YOU HAVE TO TAKE THE COOKER AND SPREAD SALT  INSIDE IT. THEN THE RACK IS USED TO SEPARATE THE SALT AND THE BAKING TRAY  WHICH YOU WILL FILL THE CAKE BATTER WITH
BEFORE WE KEEP THE BAKING TRAY WITH THE CAKE BATTER, WE HAVE TO PREHEAT THE COOKER FOR ABOUT 05 MINUTES WITHOUT WHISTLE


NOW LETS PREPARE THE CAKE BATTER,


DRY INGREDIENTS

  • MAIDA -2 CUP
  • COCOA POWDER-3/4 CUP
  • BAKING POWDER-2 TEASPOONS
  • BAKING SODA -1 TEASPOON
  • SALT-1 TEASPOON
  • POWDERED SUGAR - 2 CUPS
*SIEVE ALL THE DRY INGREDIENTS, ADD BY SIEVING IT

NOW MIX THE DRY INGREDIENTS  WITH A WHISK

NOW LETS ADD THE FLUID INGREDIENTS TO THE DRY INGREDIENTS



LIQUID INGREDIENTS


  • MILK - 1 AND  1/2 CUP
  • THICK CURD -1 CUP
  • OIL- 1/2 CUP
  • VANILLA ESSENCE -2 TABLE SPOON



NOW MIX BOTH DRY AND LIQUID INGREDIENTS WITHOUT ANY LUMPS





NOW LETS GET READY FOR BAKING



  • SPREAD THE  BUTTER IN A BAKING TRAY AND AND CUT THE BUTTER PAPER IN CIRCLE OR SQUARE (IN THE SHAPE OF YOUR BAKING UTENSIL)AND KEEP IT IN THE BAKING TRAY AND AGAIN SPREAD OIL OR BUTTER  ON THE BUTTER PAPER
  • NOW POUR THE CAKE BATTER IN THE BAKING TRAY 
  • NOW KEEP THE TRAY INSIDE THE COOKER WHICH IS PREHEATED FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES
  • NOW KEEP THE COOKER IN A MINIMUM FLAME AND  BAKE FOR ABOUT 30-40-45 MINUTES WITHOUT WEIGHT
  • AFTER THAT TAKE OUT OUR BEAUTIFUL, TASTY CHOCOLATE CAKE AND ENJOY WITH YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY
