IN MY FIRST POST I SHARED YOU HOW TO MAKE A CAKE ,  TODAY I AM GOING TO  SHARE YOU HOW TO MAKE BUTTER CREAM FOR CAKES
  THE INGREDIENTS YOU NEED IS

  • BUTTER-250 GRAMS
  • POWDERED SUGAR- 3 CUPS
  • MILK (IF NEEDED )
  •  BUT ADDING MILK MIGHT  MAKE THE BUTTER CREAM SOME WHAT  SMOOTH BUT NOT THICK .,SO IF YOU WANT THICK BUTTER CREAM , DO NOT ADD MILK
  • YOU CAN ADD SOME ESSENCE FOR SMELL AND FLAVOR 
  • I AM SHARING A SIMPLE BUTTERCREAM RECIPE TODAY , I WILL SHARE OTHER BUTTER CREAMS IN MY NEXT POST




NOW ILL TELL YOU HOW TO MAKE BUTTER CREAM,


  1. TAKE A LARGE BOWL
  2. PUT THE SOFTENED BUTTER IN IT 
  3. WHISK IT UNTIL SOFT , LIGHT AND PALE IN COLOR AND FLUFFY
  4. NOW ADD THE SUGAR GRADUALLY WHILE WHISKING
  5. NOW WHISK IT WITHOUT LUMPS AND FLUFFY
  6. NOW YOU CAN ADD YOUR FLAVORING ESSENCE
  7. WHISK IT
  8. NOW YOUR BUTTERCREAM IS READY, YOU APPLY IT IN YOUR CAKE AND HAVE TASTY CAKES
